Job and Career Advancement Activities for youth-CPSA regularly serves a population of at-risk teens, including homeless teens and teens in foster care. CPSA will enhance participant employability skills and provide support as teens secure a job. The through development and advancement activities, including financial management, budgeting, job readiness, personal goal setting, relationship skills, and emotional resilience will be needed for a job and for career advancement.
